You have a new credit alert?
PBK77
"No new alerts."
Is this a bug, a feature, or a way to keep a fool busy?

When and where do you get this? Do you get this as a hover - popup when you hover the mouse over "Credit Score" at the bottom of the Account Bar?
When's the last time you accessed Credit Score in Quicken?

I have a similar issue. I received an email from Quicken that says that I have a new Credit Alert. It indicates to see the details I should start Quicken and go to Reports Menu - Credit Score - View Credit Monitoring Alerts.
I go there in Quicken (Windows subscription) and it tells me there are "NO New Alerts."
Is this a bug??

Hello
@bdtnrp
Thank you for the response and the additional details. You may view your credit score in Quicken every 3 months.
I have taken the liberty of reviewing your Quicken profile and I see that you can refresh your credit score. You may locate this option in Quicken in the bottom left-hand corner where the credit score is displayed.
I hope this helps to clarify!
