I still cannot add Credit One Bank for downloads - blocking Quicken

I am trying to add creditonebank - NV. it is

. i get a message that says
financial institution is blocking quicken from connecting to your accounts

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to report this issue. Credit One Bank has been blocking downloads to Quicken for quite some time, unfortunately.
There is no ETA I am able to offer on when or if they allow downloads in the future. In the meantime, this account will need to be tracked
manually
in Quicken.
I apologize for not having better news to share at this time.

The bank probably has some kind of Internet filtering firewall that thinks the Quicken servers are sending spam - and therefore are blocking them from reaching the bank.
The bank is listed as supported by Quicken -
but it is the bank refusing the connection.
And they don't support the option
of you downloading directly from their website - which is called Web Connect.

I just spoke with Credit One support - they had no idea what I was talking about and told me to check with Quicken.
