Quicken does not see downloaded Apple Card QFX file

When I download an apple card qfx file to my Windows download file, Quicken does not see it listed. Any ideas?

    Have you tried just opening it in File Explorer (double click) or in your web browser?
    Are you using: File -> File Import -> Web Connect (.QFX) File...?

    Where are you downloading the QFX file - which local disk folder location ?
    What do you mean that Quicken does not see it - are you pointing Quicken to the downloaded folder location ?  As implied, only download technique is - Web Connect
