Quicken (R30.19 version) will not connect to SunTrust and shows error CC-503.

After spending 1.5 hr online with support, on Jan 7, I was assigned ticket #8230913 and I still have no follow-up or resolution.

    The issue has been escalated and is currently listed as in-progress and is being worked on, unfortunately, I do not have an ETA that I can offer.
