    I am using Quicken Home, Business and Rental Property and am having the same problem with NetXinvestors even using the combined login id and password. Any other suggestions?

    Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your issue, although I apologize that you have not received a response.

    If you are still unable to sign in, I would contact NetXinvestor for assistance. They may have an enrollment process that is required to allow Quicken to connect.
