Problem adding Venmo account

I'm trying to add a Venmo account and it keeps encountering an error. Is there anything needed to be done on the Venmo account to authorize Quicken?

To better assist you, can you please provide the error that you are receiving when you attempt to connect? The error will determine which steps are needed to resolve the issue.
Also, is this a newer account and has there been activity to download? This may impact the ability to connect the account.
The more information you can provide the better able to assist the Community will be.
