I see you're trying the Schwab Retirement Plan services connection I might also recommend trying the normal Schwab connection as well to see if we might have some success with that **** well. This is a new account as well from the sounds of it so we don't have too much else to work with besides the error you get when trying. Once you get a chance let us know some more details!
