Some "known product issue alerts" direct on to support, which does not work

With some of your known product issues (e.g., the CitiBank CC-501 issues posted today (Alert #8259266), the instructions are to "contact Quicken Support to report the error". When I click on the link, I get a "top issues" popup. Closing that gets me to a page with an entry titled "Contact Support". When I click the "Talk to Support" box under it, absolutely nothing happen, at least with the current version of Firefox under Windows 10 Pro 64.

That is not helpful to either users or Quicken.

    Hello @jk5711

Thank you for the feedback and we apologize for the confusion.  When clicking on the Talk to Support button, please be sure that your browser pop-up blockers are turned off.

If turned on, the browser will block the Support window from loading.

I hope this information is helpful and please let us know if you continue to experience an issue when contacting Support.

    Thank you,

    Sarah
