Issues with latest update R31.5 in Windows 10

Has anyone else had issues with the latest update R31.5 27.1.31.5? 1) Slow to open to initial screen 2) Validate and Repair gets a "Not Responding" before finally finishing 3) Portfolio X-Ray does not work

Update. Portfolio X-ray finally updated. But, I think it relates to everything being slower after the R31.5.27.1.31.5 update - the initial opening of Quicken, the Not Responding timeout on Validate and Repair before finally finishing0

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to report that you're experiencing this trouble, although I apologize that you have not received a response.
Since this issue began after installing an update, I would first start by restoring a backup saved prior to the update.
