How do I print a category comparison report showing all income with the notes/memo showing?

You can't, really. A comparison report between two periods of time is a summary report, so there are no transactions with memos to display. You can see notes if you create a report showing individual transactions, but by definition, that won't be a comparison report between two periods, because all the transactions would be different. It's not so much a limitation of Quicken's reports; it's just that there's no real way to do a comparison
and
show the transactions detail at the same time -- you can do one or the other.
So if you want, you could create a Transaction report for one time period, another transactions report for a different time period, and then compare them side-by-side onscreen or print them out to compare side-by-side. When you create your Transactions report, click View, then click Columns in the pop-up menu, and then click Memo/Notes to make that column visible in the report. You can make it wider, or move it left or right in the report layout by dragging on the heading.
