    @sam28 I have had that problem for weeks. Gone through all troubleshooting. It's not with the bank. Both [Removed] connect and download with iThink. Quicken has constant problems with iThink, Fidelity, and Chase. After using Quicken for 35 years, I'm moving on. The program hasn't improved in years and support is non-existent, as the canned response you got shows.
