Chase activity will not download.

in Download, Add/Update Accounts (Windows)
I download from the Chase site to a file. I did the Quicken update and says I'm current.Then open and now all I am getting is the missing Quicken.msi message? Can't find on my computer. It seems to be that Windows is trying to configure Quicken? why? Then it has error code 1706. HELP!!!!
