Quicken won't update my transactions from Sharepoint credit union

My accounts won't update the transactions from Sharepoint credit union.

    Thank you for posting in the Community today, though I’m sorry that you are experiencing this issue with your accounts.

    I’d like to get more information in order to pinpoint the issue. Are you using Direct Connect, Express Web Connect or Web Connect to get your transactions from the financial institution? When did this start? Is Quicken presenting a specific error following the One Step Update process or Web Connect attempt?

    Was this working - and then just stopped ?
    Are you manually downloading from the CU website,
    or using Quicken One Step Update to download

    When I update my checking account from Quicken, I get a error message CC-503. If I update from SharePoint credit union it says Quicken components currently open and cannot be installed. 
    I just did a Quicken update and since then it hasn't worked.
