Have installed Quicken 3 times. Each time at sign on it says "Continue to download and install the product. Sign in with your Quicken ID, and it will be ready to use."
I uninstalled Quicken and did this download. After entering Quicken ID it returns to this screen.

You do NOT need to "uninstall" Q before using QcleanUI. In fact, a Win uninstall isn't sufficient and will STILL require QCleanUI.

I have downloaded the Quicken.exe and run it 5 times now. It still asks me to download and install it. It shows my data for 1 second and then asks for a userid and password. Asks for userid and password again and then wants me to download Quicken.exe0

I ran the qcleanui and that also didn't help.0

Is Quicken broken? I can't install it on my old computer. My new computer now says that Quicken online service is unavailable - wait 10 minutes. (I've waited 10 days with no change). I started a new file from scratch. It downloaded only 10% of what's in my bank account. [Removed - Solicitation]0

How was my last post solicitation?0

To get past the "wait 10 minutes" message, try logging out of your cloud account and back in again.Edit > Preferences > Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts > Sign in as a different userSign out and back in with the same credentials.

I have tried all suggestions here. It still asks me to install Quicken.exe after I install it. Does Quicken work on Windows 7? It did until a month or so ago.0
