SIGN IN ISSUE

I just reinstalled Quicken and when try to login to program, my user name and password are not working. I know they are correct

Thanks, I had checked all that already. I ended up chatting with support. Told me to take firewall off and anti virus. still didn't work. Gave up fora few hours, just tried now and it worked so who knows
