Is there a known issue with downloaded and matched transactions disappearing?

I have a recurring transaction that keeps disappearing. I download transaction data from my bank into my checking account. This particular deposit happens every other week. I manually match it to my recurring transaction in Quicken. The last 3 times I've done this, the transaction has mysteriously disappeared the next day.
