When will the problems with your new Cloud that prevents updates to accounts be resolved?

I have been unable to update my accounts using One-Step Update since you implemented your new Cloud. This is the situation whether I try to update them individually or all together. Your staff told me that when I received an updated version this problem would be corrected. I have received two updated versions since that conversation and the problem still persists.
