There are Quicken components currently open Error [Edited]

Get the following condition when trying to download transactions from any of my bank accounts: "There are Quicken components currently open, and can not be uninstalled. Please close Quicken, and retry uninstalling again." I have no idea what this means. When you start Quicken it's supposed to have some components open in order to work. HELP!!!
