Bill Manager Issue
HJR
I'm having difficulties paying my Chase credit cards using Bill Manager. It's been working right along until last week. I had to remove it and now I cannot add it back. Quicken support says the Chase site they use is down even though I can login to without issue. Since this has been going on for several days and based on my past issues with Bill Manager, I tend to question their explanation.
I was curious is anyone able to either pay their Chase Credit Cards successfully using Bill Manager or add Chase as a biller.
Thank you
-- Howard

Quicken often doesn't log into the same servers or interfaces as the websites we log into as consumers. If Quicken is reporting that connectivity is down, it probably is.

That's what I was told. In this case after further testing by creating a new account (test) I was able to add Chase so it has something to do with my existing account. Thank you for the response, I appreciate it.
