why is there constant problems downloading data from AIG investments?

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
5 out of 6 times that I try to download data from AIG Investments to my Quicked program I get error OL-89-B, I have sent trouble reports no less than 30 times and still the problem persists. Anybody have a helpful suggestion?

Hi, @bobbynolan . According to Quicken Support, OL-89-B is usually due to a financial institution server issue (https://www.quicken.com/support/error-when-using-online-services-ol-89-or-ol-89b). Have you tried contacting AIG about this?
