Online banking reconcile issues

Ever since the most recent quicken updates, (January) online bank downloads are not reconciling, or I get a mismatch balance, not getting any error messages just says no items to reconcile. I have to go directly to the bank website, download and all reconcile properly. It is happening on multiple accounts.
Anyone else having the same issue, or any fixes?
