All of my accounts stopped updating January 22, 2021. It includes my bank, credit card, 401k, and any account that is updated online.

Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. I'm wondering here what might be causing it but to start off here lets try seeing if maybe we're not connecting to the quicken servers to download information. I'll leave the steps down below on how to do this.
- Go to Edit
- Preferences
- Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
- Sign in as a different user (or it might say Sign in using a different Quicken ID)
- Follow the prompts to Sign Out
- Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password (this screen is not a pop-up box)
Once you've tried this let us know if anything changes. If not please let us know the FI's you're having issues with and let us know if there's any errors as well when you download.

The fix worked. Unfortunately I am now left with some duplicate transactions to clean up.0
