Unable to Login

    I'm just installing Quicken for Mac tonight -- got my username and password, and when I go to install, it asks me to log in -- and denies me. I change the password, and denied again. I've updated the password 6 times now, never lets me use it to log in. What's going on?

    Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to report this issue, although I apologize that you have not received a response.

    I have taken the liberty of reviewing your Quicken profile and see that there have been too many failed login attempts/password changes that the account is now locked out.

    Please allow a full 24 hours to pass and the attempt to sign in with the last password that was created.

    If the trouble persists, please contact support directly by phone for assistance.

    Thank you, @Quicken_Tyka -- it worked this morning, so the lockout period must have passed. It was frustrating yesterday, but I do appreciate you checking in.
