How to clear manually entered transactions?

After entering some transactions manually because the one step update would only download the last 90 days, the transactions are uncleared and don't show up in a report.

    As Quicken 2017 no longer supports Online Services, I suspect you're using the Quicken Windows Subscription. If so, please update your community profile.

    One way to mark transactions as Cleared or Reconciled in a non-investment register is to select the transactions, right-click and select Reconcile status > Cleared or Reconcile status > Reconciled.

    Is the report you are viewing set to filter transactions that are not cleared?  For example, select Report > Banking > Transaction, press Alt + C, and select the Advanced tab
