always get two-step verification

Every time I synchronize/one-step-update I am prompted for a two-step verification for my American Express card. On the website I have the choice of asking if I want to "trust" my browser; however that option is not given to me in Quicken. So EVERYTIME I do OSU, I have to do the two step - HOW do I resolve this? TIA

I suggest you use the Direct Connect connection method instead of the Express Web Connect connection method.  If you haven't already, you may want to review: https://www.quicken.com/support/how-quicken-connects-your-bank

@Sherlock - thank you. I wasn't aware of the two different methods. I stubbled across it at the same time you responded when I disconnected and tried to reconnect the account and Quicken suggested using Direct Connect. I wonder why it didn't do it the first time when I connected to it for the 1st time last month. Oh well. Regardless, it seems to work fine. Thank you again for your quick and accurate response.
