Cannot add LPL Financial accounts

Getting the following error message:
Oops. We're having a problem (Error CC-501).

What you should know
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to connect to the Quicken servers at this time.
Do not contact LPL Financial for assistance. They cannot fix this problem.
Please try again in a few hours. Thank you for your patience!

FYI; I've been getting this message since Sunday, 01/31/21.

    I am having same issue Feb 6, 7, and 8. I am going to try to open problem ticket. If I have any info, will come back with a post.

    Quicken chat told me that LPL Financial is only supported via 'Web Connect' even though 'Express Web Connect' is shown as an option and the connection method I would prefer. I have seen many other posts in similar threads with all sorts of finger pointing as to the issue but no resolution. If LPL is not supported via one step update - automatically - Quicken just needs to state that and stop wasting our time with a misleading message.

    I am having same error CC-501! talked to customer service and that checked all my log files and no error found! [Removed-Rant/Off Topoic]. Please get back to us about this problem!!!
