Quicken downloading Positive numbers for total as Negative with USAA Credit Card

When updating my accounts quicken imports a positive number (385.55) as a negative (-385.65) for online balance . So when I reconcile the account is way off. Has been happening for a few days now.

The transactions are coming through fine, only the online balance(at the bottom of the page) is showing up as negative when it should be positive.

Oh, maybe this is a different problem.
