Is there a trick to adding capital one auto to bill's

I have the account linked as an asset yet it will not let me link the account under +bills.

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to report this issue, although I apologize that you have not received a response.

Capital One is currently unavailable for online bills and some customers may see an Account is locked message after attempting to add or refresh their online bills with Capital One.

We are working on a solution, but there is currently no ETA.
