Red Flags- No Transactions

    I have a similar problem and the Quicken help person can't help. I get red flags next to the account names telling me that there are lots of transactions that have to be dealt with manually (as I like doing it). But there are no transactions listed below the account ledger. In fact it says "Downloaded Transactions (0)." I've validated the file and super-validated the file, to no avail. And because there are transactions that need to be accepted, I can't even deactivate the accounts. Any ideas?
