Why is my discussion locked?

How come my item is now locked. Problem is still not fixed by Quicken.

Problem with Quicken will not connect to SunTrust Bank Accounts {"Ticket ID":"7668064"}
Quicken user from 1988 currently running on both PC and Mac to evaluate when to migrate to MAC. To me MAC version is not quite there.
