Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to report this issue, although I apologize that you have received a response.
I have taken the liberty of reviewing the online biller profile and I see that this bill is syncing successfully and that payment has successfully been scheduled.
Did this issue resolve itself are you still having problems? Please let me know!

I can schedule a payment but it keeps telling me that my amount due is not available.

Thanks for the update. I've gone in on our side and resynced your bill with SRP to see if that will help you get the correct bill amount. In your Quicken if you could navigate to the bills and income tab in the top right click on the gear. From there in the dropdown menu select validate all online billers. After doing this see if you're able to pay for the correct amount.

I was able to submit an quickpay payment but they never received it? What do I do now?

To clarify, this was a QuickPay payment and not a CheckPay Payment correct?
Please let me know so that I may locate the payment details.

Thank you for the response and the additional details. I was unable to locate a recent QuickPay payment on that date. I was able to locate a successful payment earlier this month.
Have you seen the funds for this payment taken out of the payment account?
