Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. I would recommend trying to fix the issue by running a validate. You can do so by going to the top right and selecting File > File operations > Validate and repair > Validate file > Ok. Once you've done this see if you're able to get you're able to get it back up.
