R31.12 - credit card transactions downloading charges and payments are flipped.

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
I have one credit card account (Huntington Bank) that is downloading charges as payments and payments as charges. The connection is Web Connect. Downloads were fine until last week. I'm on R31.12. Other credit card accounts work as expected. Any ideas?

If you're using the Web Connect connection method and the transactions are not correct, I suggest you contact the financial institution.

Same issue with Huntington Bank credit card accounts since about the end of January 2021. Using R31.12 Windows subscription. Validating my current Quicken file did not remedy the problem. I'm thinking now that it's a Huntington Bank issue since you've seen the same problem. Other bank credit card transactions are importing normally.1

Logged an issue with Huntington tech support. They said they had seen this before. Took about a week, but the problem seems to have been corrected.0
