Issues downloading transactions

I've done thousands of forums over the 40+ years of computer use. This one, at least at the moment, is among the least obvious for posting a specific questions.

In my case, I want to find out why my Quicken Windows no longer downloads bank/cc transactions. I can do it manually but the automatic stuff connects, succeeds and nothing is posted in the computer even though there are clearly transactions online.

Why does Quicken make everything so g-d difficult?

    More info needed in order to assist you.
    What Q product are you running, and what BUILD of that product?  Do HELP, About Quicken for this info.
    Also, what's your "Membership valid thru date", which is also at About Quicken.
    Are you getting any error messages, or codes, when you try to download?
