Scheduling income for a specific day in a specific week in a month

Trying to schedule a social security income reminder, I can not schedule for the 2nd Wednesday of the month?

Good morning! Thanks for your comments. Again, i am using Quicken Premier for MAC and when setting up the income, I do not the 2nd Wednesday option?
