Reconcile on downloaded balance

I happened to jump over the initial screen for reconciling on one of my accounts and missed checking the box to reconcile on the downloaded balance. Now when I perform a reconcile I have to go through the process of selecting FINISH to reconcile my transactions. How can I access that screen or similar to set my reconcile preferences?
I think I may be able to do that under account edit | online | Reset.

Open the account, press Ctrl + Shift + Edit, select the Online Services tab, uncheck Reconcile using online balance, select OK, and press Ctrl + R.0
