Backup error - "Unable to open source file"

Question

I keep getting this error when I am trying to perform a backup.  Occasionally it will work, but now I get the error every time.  Anyone else seen this?

Disable anti-virus to test if that is interfering as some do.

No, I am not using any cloud service for backup.  Only backing up to a portable hard drive

The question being asked above is ... do you have any of the Cloud Services backing up your hard disk - ie - the Documents folder - or the /Quicken/ folder....Something has your Quicken QDF file "open" and is preventing the Quicken backup.
