Viewing attachments in mobile app

I am unable to view in the mobile app for iPad an attachment that I uploaded on my desktop. I can see that a document is attached but I can't view it/see it/open it. I use quicken for mac and attached a pdf.

    The mobile/web only allows viewing of picture attachments.  It has been requested for many years that they allow them to open pdf and text files, but so far it hasn't been implemented.
