Error when syncing to Quicken cloud

Since my last update (R31.12) I have been getting an error message when trying to sync my accounts to Quicken Cloud, screengrab of error attached. Anyone seen it before and know what to do to stop it?

Hello @billcubbageThank you for taking the time to visit the Community to report this issue, although I apologize that you have not received a response.
I would start by saving a backup. This can found under File > Backup and Restore > Backup Quicken File.
I would next recommend resetting the Quicken cloud.
1. Go to Edit > Preferences > Quicken ID, Sync & Alerts.
2. Click Reset your cloud data.
This initial sync may take several minutes to complete. When it has finished, I would try syncing once more and see if this clears the error.
