Manual download for Mac not working

I usually download bank files manually by going to bank site downloading file and then just clicking on download to insert into quicken. I only do this about every fours months. I just tried to download files today and getting error "no institution" after a long timeout. I am using 6.1.1 on a Mac. In accounts tab the institutions are listed in setup transition?
Tried calling quicken but no answer? Any suggestions?

    Quicken phone support is open until 5 pm today; there is only chat support on the weekends. The number is 650-250-1900, If you visit the Quicken Support website and click on Talk to Support, it will show you the current estimated wait time.
