Why does one-step update stop when it gets to most of my credit card accounts? Stops and says its "Processing Data".

Costco (Citicards)
Nordstrom

Then it hangs up the on the investment information

I has done this for over a week?

    Having the same sort of Issue. One Step updates reports complete, but no new transactions are found, when there are.

    Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to report this issue, although I apologize that you have not received a response.

    May I ask if you experience this trouble if you update from the register?
    1. Open the transaction register for the account that is not downloading.
    2. Click the Gear Icon in the upper right of the register and select Update Now.
    3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
    Also, does the update eventually complete or do you need to use tasks manager to close the program? If the update eventually completes, it sounds as though the issue may be related to the known issue here.
