Reauthorization SunTrust Bank - Error CC-507

When I update, I receive error message CC-507. It says I must reauthorize accounts and it displays a "Reauthorize" button. When I click on this, it appears to communicate for a moment and then displays the same page. No accounts ever appear for reauthorization. Has never been a problem. Using Win 10 and Web Connect.
