After the R31.12 update, my passwords have been removed from password vault and no ability to update

After the R31.12 update, my passwords have been removed from password vault and no ability to update. I now have little key icons next to all but 3 accounts when I try to do a One Step Update. The 3 accts that are working are direct connect, the others are all Express Web Connect. The ones without the icons update quickly and get a complete tag. The others show a gear and green arrow icon and "Processing data...", which I've never seen before. After a few minutes, the processing completes and the window closes. I don't get any errors and the accounts don't get updated.
