How does one enter a 5 year ARM in Quicken Mac.
Qcustomer80
How does one enter a 5 year ARM in Quicken Mac. I've selected various terms. Via add new account->loans->Mortgage, then add what I believe to be correct terms, however the payment amount isn't adjustable.

Quicken Mac doesn't have any specific features for an ARM. When the rate changes each year after the first 5, you'll have to edit the loan terms for the new rate.
