This has been reported already and the best you can come up with is to turn of the automatic option?
Any idea of when you will fix it?

We will need a bit more information to be able to assist. I have taken a look at your account and I do not see any previous discussion you have created on the topic. May I ask that you please provide some more details on what you are experiencing?
First, please navigate to Help > About Quicken and provide the release that you are currently running. Next, please provide the name of the bank and the connection type being used.To determine the connection type, please Choose the Tools menu in the upper left then select Account List. Click Edit next to your account, then choose the Online Services tab at the top.
