Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. It seems like a couple of users are also reporting issues with Pentagon Federal Credit Union as well. If you wouldn't mind could you give us a bit more information as well. What is the exact error you're getting? This sounds like it started today but did you experience it earlier? Any additional information as well will let us know a bit more.

An "It's not your fault" error will require a contact to support for a review of the log files and possible escalation to resolve.https://www.quicken.com/support#contact-support
When contacting support, be sure to let me know how long you have been receiving this error.

I also haven't been able to connect for over a week and don't receive an error. Quicken Version R31.200

same here but only one account- others are updating. if i try to reset that account, I receive a 'Account Reset Failed". Quicken Version R31.20 27.1.30.200
