I just renewed my subscription and my USAA account won't download. I saw the issue from Jan and tried to follow the instructions but my screen does not show the options your example gives. Mine just says 'change connection type" when download info is selected. When you select Troubleshooting tab it gives the option of deactivating downloads. So I can't figure out how to delete account and reconnect.
