apologize for the issue you're having. I believe in this case since you're having to reset it every time we may want to try deleting and remaking it. I'll leave steps below on how to delete it.
Once you've deleted it make sure to resync to the cloud. Once you've done this see if you're able to make it work consistently without having to reset it each time. Let us know how it goes!
