Duplicate transactions when downloading from USAA accounts

Good evening,

I recently updated my Quicken/USAA connection.
Ever since the update, the same transactions are downloaded more than once on different days.
Am i the only one receiving duplicate transactions from USAA accounts?

    I have had a couple duplicates since the new download link was instituted 4-6 weeks ago. Appears to be when a transaction is first shown as Pending, and then the transaction is finalized the next day.
    I just had an interesting call with USAA IT yesterday and learned the new, correct method to set up Quicken downloads which was never communicated to me. I'm hoping this new connection method eliminates a number of odd occurrences, including these few duplicates.
    I'm just about to post a new message with the details of this direct connect method. Watch for it...

    I saw the post. it did not help.

    I followed the procedure two weeks ago to connect my USAA accounts.
    My problems is that Quicken downloads transactions, I accept them; a few days later, Quicken downloads the same transactions again, and i have to delete them.

    There isn't anything you can do other than delete the duplicates until USAA starts sending the correct data.  Certainly don't "troubleshoot" (reset accounts, deactivate, ...) all that will get you is frustration and may more problems.

    Question: Does USAA know about this issue? Are they trying to fix it?

    Having the same problem with duplicates since setting up the new login / security protocol. I've read the advice above. Guess I'll just continue to delete duplicates until USAA fixes the issue.

    I'm also having the duplicate download problem. For me it started sometime after I set up new download method.

    I am also having this issue. It seems to be lessening, but is still happening. Continues to throw off my reconciliation of the account. Very frustrating.

    This is actually a separate problem.  The problem with USAA is definitely coming from USAA.  Whereas there is another problem of duplicate transactions that seems to be caused by something Intuit is doing (Quicken Inc pays Intuit for this service) and they (Quicken Inc and Intuit) to fix that problem.
