Can not clear downloaded (online) transactions.
Can't modify this transaction, because it has been damaged (All accounts)

First, let's make a backup, then validate the file to make sure there's no errors in the file.
Then try turning off cloud sync: Edit/Preferences/Mobile & Web, turn Sync OFF
Run one step update and make sure it's successfully downloading your transactions.
If it's not downloading transactions, Edit/Preferences/Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts, and Sign in as a different user. Log back in with the same email and password.
Run one step update again
Once its working, if you use web or app features, turn Mobile & Web sync back on.wags Glad to be here!

I suggest that validate, and perhaps also super validate, your Quicken data file. Please follow these instructions LINK.
Once completed, let us know if you are still having this problem.
